The message is pretty clear even though they don\u2019t have words yet to communicate what they need. But their cries that they need something are loud and clear.<\/p><p>And then as we get older we learn to \u201cbehave\u201d to mimic our environment, to mirror the behavior of our parents. To be quiet and to adapt to what other people want from us. As humans we grow in cycles of 7 years and in those first 7 years you develop all lot of \u201csurvival mechanisms\u201d to fit into your environment and within your tribe, namely the family that you grew up in.<\/p><p>When we go to school we learn to behave like\u00a0 everyone else to fit in. Even though we recognize that we all have different personalities and learn in different ways. We are conditioned and treated to behave as one.<\/p><p>And after school you most likely end up in the work place and there we learn to behave like the company culture desires from us and from their workers force.<\/p><p>As young kids we where for a brief time celebrated for our uniqueness, but that uniqueness is replaced by a lot of mental beliefs about how we think we should be, how we should act and how we should feel. But if you would rephrase it to how we unconsciously communicate with each other and how we can be better leaders.
